To celebrate the release of Spider-Man to the home market, we created a radio promotion that was executed at key Best Buy stores in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Minneapolis.

The Halloween Midnight Release Parties hosted by our radio station partners, featured costume contests, giveaways of Spider-Man merchandise, and appearances by Spider-Man. The New York event included a staged battle on top of the Best Buy building between a stunt Spider-Man and his nemesis the Green Goblin. The events were promoted by radio announcements, listings on the stations’ websites, email blasts to station listeners, front page ads in the Best Buy circulars and in-store signage.
